Delivery (Shipping) Policy

EarnStream sells digital products only — ebooks, courses, templates, audio, video and downloadable files. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no couriers, customs fees or delivery addresses to manage. This policy explains how, and how quickly, you receive what you paid for.

1. Delivery method

• After your payment is confirmed by our processor, you are redirected to a secure order-confirmation page with a download button and/or streaming access.
• A copy of the same access link is available at any time under Dashboard → Purchases once you are signed in with the buying email.
• Download links are tied to your account and should not be shared publicly.

2. Delivery timeline

• Standard: instant — usually within seconds of successful payment.
• Slow networks: up to a few minutes while the payment webhook is processed. Refresh the confirmation page or your dashboard.
• Manual review: in rare cases (fraud checks, disputed cards) delivery may be held until the order is verified — typically under 24 hours.

3. Regions we deliver to

EarnStream is available worldwide, with checkout optimised for Ghana and Nigeria via Paystack (cards, mobile money and bank transfers). Because everything is digital, there are no country restrictions on delivery — only on which payment methods are supported in your region.

4. If you did not receive your product

1. Check the email address you used at checkout, including spam / promotions.
2. Sign in to EarnStream and open Dashboard → Purchases. Your product will appear there as soon as the payment settles.
3. If it is still missing after 30 minutes, contact us with your order reference:

5. Broken or corrupted files

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is materially different from what the listing described, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will work with the creator to re-deliver a working file or issue a refund under our Returns Policy.

6. License & ongoing access

Unless a creator explicitly states otherwise, purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. You keep access to your downloads while your EarnStream account remains in good standing.
